Could not fault this garage. Exceptional service from the team. I’ve got an auto 2007 Honda Jazz which had been playing up: I always thought my car had 8 spark plugs which needed to be changed (the car was sluggish, misfiring and temperamental at changing gears). Every garage I’ve taken it to before had always convinced me it only had 4 spark plugs, and so the issue has never been resolved. Other places have even told me to get a new gearbox for it! Took my car here for its MOT. Although it failed, they informed me of the problems and pretty much fixed them swiftly. Staff were professional and would happily come back here again for future MOT’s.
Absolute legend of a garage. My best friends MOT failed at another garage and she was told it would take two weeks to repair, I rung this garage who checked out her MOT report asked us to bring the car down as the issues seemed minor. Fixed all within hours and MOT passed with a brilliant price to match, meaning she’s not without a car with two small kids. Friendly workers, professional and would 100% recommend. Thanks again!
Absolutely amazing team at unit 4! The most efficient garage I’ve ever been too. Took my car that was a non runner and had a complete overhaul including a full service that was done the same day! No job too big for Leon and his team. They are all literally miracle workers, even on their extremely busy days will always fit you in and help. Everyone should use unit 4!!!!!!! I’m so impressed with the service at Unit 4 — honest, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I brought my car in with a tricky CV joint issue, and the mechanic took the time to properly investigate the noise instead of rushing it through. They ended up replacing the driveshaft, drop link, and reverse light switch — all done with care, and the price was more than fair.
