Horrible place to work horrible you’re on a point system from hell if a loved one dies, they tell you to go home and then when you come back to work, they give you points for it. If your car breaks down you get points. I believe it’s eight points a year And you can’t get a point back until that same month and day a year later. they don’t care about their employees at all they fire people left and right who have 28 years and 30 years all the time right before it’s time for them to retire their equipment is garbage. Do not work for atkore very discriminatory , if you're not apart of upper management you have no chance of advancement and you constantly have to watch who you talk to because word gets around fast good/bad if you take job good luck you'll definitely need it..........
I worked there 37 1/2 years I seen many changes in the company some good, some Not so Good… The bottom line the doors stayed open. We still made Unistrut there and Powerstrut…
