An absolute disgraceful organisation. Judgemental workers who, ironically, have zero compassion. The record keeping of the workers is appalling. I've worked in the drug and alcohol treatment service sector and they obviously don't use/keep case notes for their clients, as there is no follow up, and when a worker leaves the next worker is clueless and has no idea what's been done and what hasn't.
