I got an apartment of Unison in CBD, neighbors are very nice, city view from balcony, all carpets were changed new, Unison office is ground floor and very safe. I paid $3000 a month for smaller size apartment close to this property. Due to circumstances, my income was reduced to one-third, and since I am a single mother, I was able to move in. Now I pay only $1200 a month for luxury two bedrooms apartment. I feel I am so lucky.

Honestly UNISON Don't Even Deserve 1 star, the Building I lived in was full of cockroaches, (Apparently quite a few buildings that UNISON have are), this building wasn't in the city, Very Disrespectful Manager, I asked for Help several times but was ignored & Intimidated, By the Housing Manager, For Anyone offered A UNISON property I would seriously Think about your Mental health first, DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you're a rental property owner don't risk your apartment to Unison Housing. I had a terrible experience in 2021/2022 with their renter. Absolutely trashed my apartment in Melbourne CBD. Even the fire brigade was call in! Unison Housing did not restore my apartment to the condition it was when first rented. The property manager accused me of damaging the range hood, which was not replaced after their renter was evicted. Stay away from Unison Housing the Property Managers are not professional people.
