Never an available appointment. Booking a month from the date of the call. No point in having them as your primary caregiver. They go to two different practices which is why they never have time to see you. Pharmacy refills ignored for months
Staff and dentist are the best
I am very disappointed with the recent decline in care at Unison. I previously had an attentive doctor, but since they left, the quality of service has dropped significantly. I have raised several worsening health concerns, but they were dismissed with claims that 'nothing is wrong.' Despite my requests for diagnostic blood work which should be a basic standard of care the clinic seemed reluctant to order it, citing costs, even though these services are generally covered.
