It's one month that I have emailed them and asked them some questions regarding newcomers and immigrants, nd it was kind of much needed information. They haven't got back to me yet, neither acknowledged the receipt of my email. Their web page requires a complex system of questions to reply to be able to email them. So disappointed. Even one star is too much for them.
They gave my appointment to a better patient. I was recommended by my caseworker that, their service is quick and fast - all I had to do was a TB test for employment. But as a new immigrant not being able to have access to healthcare to its fullest, or a family doctor - having to face issues with settlement and now also having to face discrimination is something else.
