This place has the worst customer service. Every rep or banker that has contacted me completely ignores my emails back to them. I don’t understand how a company can allow their employees to ignore clients like that. The app is also pretty far behind other banks with confusing UI. What is the point of a local bank if they can’t provide something that a big bank can’t. Will be switching.
I am actually shocked at loan officers the way they look at you if you do not have perfect credit even though been a customer 2 1/2 years. Like they won’t talk to underwriting at all.
I'm pretty frustrated to say the least. Their fraud dept calls all the time to review charges, which would be fine if it wasn't EVERY other day. They blocked Walmart as a vendor so you won't be able to do pickup orders through the Walmart app, unless you call the bank before you submit an order every SINGLE time. Maybe my experience is just unique, but I've NEVER had so many issues with a my bank.
I have never had a better experience with a bank employee or anyone for that matter than I have had with Rusty, the Branch Manager at Depere. I had a small issue that I had called about and he went out of his way to make sure it was resolved. I'm sure he is a very busy man but still called me back the next day and assured me my issue would be taken care of. Can't express how impressed I am with his professionalism and kindness. Beyond satisfied!!!! Update. He never called me back. Spoke too soon
