Karen the receptionist is a hateful person. Called my daughter dumb for asking what her copay is..is it not your job Karen to know that? How dare you speak to someone like this, especially in a mental health clinic. We will not stop complaining.
This place is a joke call them at 7:02 the lady tells me she's not even clocked in yet that we got caught by a train which is not my fault we come in 8 mins late and they refuse to see her after I had to drive for over 2 hours to go get my daughter because she was on visitation with her mother it's alway wait wait wait but noone is ever here it's a joke go to gateway DO NOT GO TO UNISON
This place is a joke go to gateway 7 mins late and they always want you to wait wait wait there is noone ever in the waiting room but you always have to wait I've tried several times to get my daughter seen if you wait on these people it will be too late they make you talk to a computer screen they don't even care enough to talk to you in person
