Do not use this bank for a home mortgage. I went to this community bank to get pre-approved for a home loan and found a home with a closing date that was two months after they accepted the offer. I had emailed and spoke to the bank about locking in the rate two months before and they said they would for .25% origination fee. Come to find out just before the closing that they never locked rate and of course the rate went up and I had to pay more.
