They add fees after your initial invoice and beyond the quoted price. Billed me for an additional 1100 lbs of product when my Bill of Lading clearly showed what I received. When I filed a dispute they said I have to pay the invoice while they wait to hear back. 3 months later and no word, no return emails or calls. Avoid this company they scam you and customer service is just plain awful on their best day.
Be careful with this place they are not honest people, they will sneak charges in after they have your load in route. We will never use these dishonest people again. We should have listened to the word of others that were stung by these people, be sure to pay the bill you never get in 2 weeks to , they add late charges to the first bill not paid in two weeks.
