I Not recommend. Began to give me service to my pool and without notice or reason left of giving service. They said that every week would go and it did not! When you call to the office really bad costumer service.

Techs were good for a long time. Then I had a problem. Pool got really nasty really quick. Called UniServ, and there are four different prompts to get someone to help me with this, as it was critical. Left messages on all four 'departments.' Noone called back. These calls were all made during daylight hours on a weekday. Noone ever called back. After four days of waiting, I decided to call another pool service. I have two homes that i use uniserv for and both pool never looked better , one was actually green but not anymore! thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, no more mad wife !
