About this business
Uniscali is one of the really good places to grab a great Italian meal. The food is not all authentic, and comes with a bit of a Mediterranean influence - yum! The tables here are set rather close to each other, but the ambiance is still lovely and does make for a good date place. The restaurant does get full quite fast, so you would rather get a reservation. Great wine list and the in-house breads are amazing.

I love this place. Great food every time we go there. This may be the best restaurant in Castle Rock.
Eat here, especially during happy hour. Stupidly good.
We just moved to Castle Rock and decided to go here for a family dinner. The food was excellent!! It was wonderful! We were so happy to finally find great food, however it did not seem that bringing a child was appropriate, I did not feel the restaurant was very family friendly. It seems like they want to keep an upscale, adult date night image. We would definitely eat here more often if it was family friendly. Also, the restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday. The menu is also very limited.
