Went to UN Radiology today it was such a much better appointment today. Last time I went it was the worst ultrasound I'd ever had just horrible. Today Rob at the desk was very pleasant and obliging and Sue who did the ultrasound was just fantastic no problem she was very chatty which took my mind of it which was a blessing couldn't have been more grateful . Thanks heaps Leonie
Terrible experience at Uniradiology. Would not recommend this place at all I had a morphology scan booked here. Receptionist called me earlier on the day of my appointment asking if I could move my Appointment up by 30 minutes. When I explained that I could not due to driving far, they were quite rude on the phone. I ended up arriving 5 minutes late due to traffic and was rushed in with my husband and our toddler. After an hour of sitting there after my appetite, we were greeted by,the rudest woman to do the ultrasound. Not the 1st time either. They need to screen the staff better, no such thing as bedside manners here. And the woman answering the phone was so rude to some patients, glad I didn't have to deal with her as well as the ultrasound troll.
Easy to find, plenty of parking and welcoming and helpful reception. The procedure was explained very thoroughly and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Uniradiology for a cortisone injection in my shoulder due to bursitis, and my experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Parking was incredibly convenient — I was given an access code and was able to park right outside the door. As soon as I completed my paperwork, Sonographer Sue Thompson was ready and waiting to take me through to the room and prepare me for the ultrasound-guided cortisone injection.
