Did an ultrasound with Amy this Tuesday (July 7th) who was very professional and friendly, and the two ladies worked at the reception were both very helpful. (One of them should be Bella who has great customer service on the phone.) Went to my appointment on time and they didn’t keep me waiting for long. Overall, I had a good experience with them and the best part is — they’re bulk billed! 😊

Although service was friendly, seemingly thorough and professional unfortunately the ultrasound imaging was not to the satisfaction of people that needed to work off them and so I had to get them redone elsewhere. The worker at the time had complained about their machines being all different and some old and generally difficult to change between, making the operator less proficient on them because they have to keep switching between them

Shocking experience! Go anywhere else but here! Would rate 0 if I could. Had my morphology scan booked here today at 1:30pm - the lady that done my ultrasound seemed super unprofessional, didn’t put any paper towel on my pants to start the scan and after the scan didn’t offer any paper towel to wipe off all the jelly until I was at the door and my partner got some for me because it was all over my clothes. Do not book here. Very unprofessional. I had a bad experience here a while back a decided to give them another try... DON'T BOTHER I took time off work for my appointment and when I arrived, I was told it hadn’t been booked correctly and they couldn’t do the procedure. I had confirmed everything over the phone beforehand. My husband also took time off because I was advised I wouldn’t be able to drive home afterwards. 1 star because of one rude and horrible lady. Sue! Never seen such unprofessional work ethics. Pulled me out of an x-ray so she could do the ultrasound because she wanted to go to lunch. I felt sorry for Richard who was carrying out the x-ray and also very nice and professional. This lady needs to move on or retire. Won't be going back unless I know she no longer works there. Make sure you ask for someone else to do the ultrasound.
