⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Uniradiology for a cortisone injection in my shoulder due to bursitis, and my experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Parking was incredibly convenient — I was given an access code and was able to park right outside the door. As soon as I completed my paperwork, Sonographer Sue Thompson was ready and waiting to take me through to the room and prepare me for the ultrasound-guided cortisone injection. After an hour of sitting there after my appetite, we were greeted by,the rudest woman to do the ultrasound. Not the 1st time either. They need to screen the staff better, no such thing as bedside manners here. And the woman answering the phone was so rude to some patients, glad I didn't have to deal with her as well as the ultrasound troll.
Fantastic service and great location with private parking area. The radiologist Louise is amazing ! Very patient and caring! I have received the best service. the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Highly recommend.
Lovely place and amazing staff! Feel for the receptionists though because boy do they have to deal with some very unpleasant people, they did it with much restraint and far more kindness than was deserved!
I have had 2 bad experiences with this Business. Some of the staff are very unfriendly. My GP was very unhappy that she did not receive any images. The rude receptionist told me they would not send these - however I later discovered this was not true. My second visit was an awful experience - The staff member Sue barged into the room where I being scanned, yelling at the radiologist and myself to stop the treatment.
