I don’t recommend booking with Sue. I was really hesitant about coming back to Uni Radiology because my first experience was terrible. Sue, who did my ultrasound spoke to me like I couldn’t understand English, raised her voice, and made me feel incompetent whenever I asked a question. It was beyond unprofessional. If she is so set on wanting to retire then that’s fine but it was not fair for her to act like I am forcing her to be there. I had a great experience and I have been here before I needed an urgent appointment and they called me and Sue squeezed me in the same day after my doctors appointment. Sue was absolutely lovely had a kind and understanding humour made me feel really comfortable and I felt very cared for. Sue and the young receptionist was amazing, I will be back!
I recommend this practice .Receptionist was attentive and informative with a smile. I had 2 procedures on the day 1/CT scan and the gentleman kevin was very polite and professional.2/ Ultrasound. I was concerned about my shoulder but Sue was friendly and funny. Made me more relaxed. At my near 70s it great to have a pleasant experience related to medical issues. Also Bulk Billing helps in some areas.
Today I went for my morphology scan! I had the most welcoming experience by the front office staff ! Then when I went for my scan, with Sue, I had the best experience I have had in any pregnancy by far, and this is my sixth and last baby, I wish it was my first. Some people are just made for certain jobs, and Sue is definitely the one I would recommend for any scan. She was so friendly and informative and it made me feel so relaxed. Booked in for my morphology scan and had the lovely Sue. She was professional, kind, and very patient throughout the appointment. I felt completely at ease and would definitely come back.
