Customer Service – On October 30, 2009 around 1:30 pm, I went to this establishment to make three utility payments. When I tried to give the teller my first bill, I was instructed to give him all the bills at one time to process. Upon insisting that I would rather process one bill at a time, he told me that since this was the first of the month he did not want to wait on me and told me to go to the next line.
