Hard working staff and sweet lil bridal shop
Poor customer service. Shop was closed during posted business hours then, when I called the number, the owner said she stepped out to eat. During normal business hours? I had to pick up a package from the store so I had to wait because I had driven an hour to pick it up. Well, 40 minutes later, she finally showed up. Very unprofessional.
The owner is a pleasure to meet and do business with.
I James Hodges came to this awesome business for formal wear. What a great place to shop. Great prices, products, awesome selection and services!! Salena Hines and her staff exhibited awesome customer service and catered to our needs. I definitely will be back.
