The trainers here are top notch!! There is a workout for EVERYONE at U&F
Fantastic gym, great atmosphere, awesome equipment and people. Stacy is REAL! She is supportive, fun, energetic, and knows her stuff. She is always there to help, and make you feel great about what your doing. Training in a group setting can be intimidating. Getting in for your first class will be the hardest thing you do - once you get there she will take care of the rest, put your mind at ease, and make it easy to want to come back. Do it - you wont regret it!
Unique+Fit is by far the best gym I have ever been to. I have struggled with weight my whole life. In my early 20s I lost a bunch but it was HARD. After various life events I gained it all back and developed a big fear of gyms. Fear of being judged, fear of not being able to keep up, fear of having to look in a mirror. I've been coming to Unique + Fit for about two months and love it! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and supported not only by the trainers but also by all the members. Every single exercise in every single class can be modified. There is never pressure to lift too heavy or do an exercise that doesn't feel right.
