After looking fpr a while at different gyms, including national chains. the only way I would know if I liked it was to go. Stacy offers one free class so you can see if its a fit. First class was Tabata Thursday which was kind of crazy considering I have not worked out in quite a few years. Not only did I have fun, it was challenging and everyone was so supportive! Started at Unique and Fit just over two months ago and couldn’t be happier! Since joining, I have developed the most consistent workout routine I have had since adulthood and have lost 10 lbs (with nutrition counseling). Stacy creates a great environment and truly cares about her members goals/progress. The environment, classes and affordable price makes this place a local gem!!
This place is so much more than a GYM! It makes working out so much fun while giving you so many options to meet everyone where they are at! I stated personal training with Stacy as well and I finally met my person to take me next level! Give it a try, great group of members and super clean and inviting place to go!
