Save your money and stress guys. I inspected two properties built by these guys and if very Unique Build thinks the two properties were compliant to the Aus standards. They are kidding themself. By far the worst job I have ever seen. I keep reading Uniques responses to people's complaints in regards to contacting the VBA and can confirm Unique wouldn't risk their license contacting them.. do better.
Unique building has been so amazing 100% RECOMMEND. Site Supervisor was the same from day 1 to end of build and handover... The office staff Ricci and her team were so awesome and were always keeping us updated with everything and each stage. They were quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. Thank you Ricci and team. Thank you Vincent...photo of us when we finally received key to our new home.
The Team at UniqueBuild have been prompt and efficient, BIG shout out to Ricci who has helped along with the process. She has made our first home build journey incredible! A lot of talent and hard work from her ! 👏🏼👏🏼
