Updated review: Charles who is a director at UniqueBuild was very helpful in resolving my issues. Running an organisation like this you’re bound to have misunderstandings leading to unhappy customers. But when the director is honest and decent you can be rest assured you’re ultimately in safe hands - which is why I chose UniqueBuild in the first place! Have removed old review as no longer relevant

I had such a great experience building with Unique Build. Vince, Jessica and Gabriella were honestly amazing from day one right through to the end and were our main points of contact throughout the build. They were always patient, easy to deal with, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Emails and questions were answered so quickly, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress out of the process. Save your money and stress guys. I inspected two properties built by these guys and if very Unique Build thinks the two properties were compliant to the Aus standards. They are kidding themself. By far the worst job I have ever seen. I keep reading Uniques responses to people's complaints in regards to contacting the VBA and can confirm Unique wouldn't risk their license contacting them.. do better.

Unique building has been so amazing 100% RECOMMEND. Site Supervisor was the same from day 1 to end of build and handover... The office staff Ricci and her team were so awesome and were always keeping us updated with everything and each stage. They were quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. Thank you Ricci and team. Thank you Vincent...photo of us when we finally received key to our new home.
