placed order on june 4th took money out never heard anything from them won't answer phone or email filed case with credit card company its a shame they can still do business
I had to file a chargeback for the item I purchased a month ago because no shipping info was provided, nor did they answer the phone, Facebook messenger, eBay messenger, or email. The payment went through right away though on my credit card. Apparently this is happening to everyone now. Also, somehow my last review was deleted, so this is my second time writing this.
I purchased something for my husband a month ago, and still have not received the part. I call multiple times a day, and have sent emails to no reply. Absolute worst service. Please don’t waste your money like we did.
I ordered a intake and never heard back from them! Tried to call a number of times! No Answer and messaged them with no replay?? I think they are possibly out of business??? Do not know that!! Thank goodness I used PayPal for Payment! They are refunding my money after a period of waiting for a Response!! None Received!🙏🙏🙏🙏
It has been over a month that I ordered a bed liner from my 2001 Jeep Gladiator this people don't answer their phone they don't return calls they don't answer emails absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen I do not know how they stay in business
