Exceptional service. I was referred to Alon by the owners of BoConcept NY. He came the next day with bags and bags of samples and guided me through the design of the space and the selection of materials. I told him I wanted the window treatments done ASAP and he did just that. The feel of my home is perfect now, and I could not be happier. Great service. I would recommend Alon and Unique Window Treatments to everyone.

Horrible company... When the owner Alon came to my home after canceling our appointments 3 times he took his measurements and explained to me I would receive an email with the estimate within the week. However, after three weeks it never showed. Finally when it did turn up I was surprised at the price as I had another company give me a bid much less. I did in turn go with Unique Windows as many people in my building had used them. What a disaster... the roller shades arrived in the wrong color after 5 weeks after our discuss... read more
