Sarah is absolutely amazing! She will guide you with compassion and wisdom and help you get to the bottom of whatever is holding you back. Sarah has helped me significantly reduce my stress and anxiety. Highly recommend.
Sarah is a wonderful, kind-hearted, caring person. I went to her to seek healing via reiki. This was the first experience I had with anything like this. We discussed energy flow and how past trauma can be held as stress and manifest as pain. After open sharing... we practiced meditation and relaxation. I really felt peaceful and relaxed. I felt my pain decrease in intensity. If you are look to learn about meditation and relaxation and possibly receive healing, I’d recommend going to see her.
