Would like to give 0 start. Due to Hurricane Melissa the sandals resort we booked at will not reopen until next year. I have be on the phone for hours multiple days and sending documentation and emails trying to get a refund. We even bought the trip insurance. This process is absolutely ridiculous and causing us to never want to book at Sandals again! It’s unfortunate because it is not the people there fault and our tourism helps their economy. Unique Vacations and Trip mate insurance is awful!!!!!
Booked a vacation in July 2024 to head to Turks and Caicos in February 2025. Show up in Turks and guess what? They don’t have our reservation. They show it as being booked for the next week even though I have all the confirmations. Tried contacting Unique Vacations (Grace in the Toronto office) and she didn’t even respond. What an awful experience.
