Booked a vacation in July 2024 to head to Turks and Caicos in February 2025. Show up in Turks and guess what? They don’t have our reservation. They show it as being booked for the next week even though I have all the confirmations. Tried contacting Unique Vacations (Grace in the Toronto office) and she didn’t even respond. What an awful experience.

She stole my money and didn’t book my trip for the dates I was suppose to travel. She ruin our anniversary And stole over $1200 from me
