My wife and I have two young children and a dog frequently outside, and we requested multiple times to be informed prior to chemical application around our home so we can keep our two children and dog safe. We were told over the phone that we would be informed prior to future applications, but unique has failed to ever inform us prior to applying any chemicals. So disappointing. We were really looking forward to our appointment for an estimate, but David was very rude, at times insulting, and constantly interrupted us. He rushed us through the whole process and I realized after he left, there were many things I didn't even get to tell him we wanted. He also made it pretty clear that he didn't need our business - funny how you wouldn't have a business if it wasn't for your clients, right? We found another company.
