Had a kitchen leak. UTC came in and discussed my options and also revealed damage that I didn’t even see. Seems it was leaking for a while. They had good communication and had a fast turnaround.
Have used Unique Touch Construction to fix the siding and the gutters at my house. They did a fantastic job. Honest and professional. Highly recommend, and will definitely be using them in the near future.
UTC is a top tier construction company! Repainted my entire house including trim/doors, replaced all my lights/chandeliers, sanded/scraped down the popcorn ceiling and it came out so much better than expected!! If you have a major or minor project, you must call UTC!!! They will take care of you and treat you with respect! I would recommend Unique touch construction to anyone!
