I was disappointed that I was declined wax services for my eyebrows because I had moisturizer on my face. I was taken aback since this was a first for me. The rep was very pushy with her recommendation for threading after I declined twice, due to how painful it is for me. I went across the street to Nail Talk and they took good care of me. Waxed my eyebrow with no problems, no questions asked. I wish my experience was better than it was. Edit: I never told the technician I was wearing retinol.

This was my first time visiting, and I had an amazing experience! I booked an appointment for leg and arm waxing and eyebrow threading with Siya. She did an excellent job with the waxing, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. For my eyebrows, I showed her a reference picture, and she shaped them exactly the way I wanted. I’m really happy with the results and the overall service. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend Siya!

They keep increasing their prices. I remember going to them when they were just $8 for eyebrow threading. They’re quietly trying to up charge more for no reason. There are plenty of other better eyebrow places we can take our business to instead. I just hate how greedy they’re becoming for subpar service. If the quality of service was actually there, maybe we can spend the $14, but unfortunately, all the good eyebrow ladies have left their establishment.
