Muscle Hybrid classes are challenging and a great workout. The beginner step and strength class was so much fun and a challenge for me since I struggle with coordination but I'll be back for both! Plenty of equipment, instructors are motivating, group sizes are relatively small and the lighting is flattering- makes you feel and look like a pro!
I'm a beginner at strength, I don't know the names of moves, I don't know the proper forms, and I get a bit confused sometimes moving from station to station. The trainers are kind and patient, while still pushing you. They also are non-judgmental which I love. I highly recommend
