Muscle Hybrid classes are challenging and a great workout. The beginner step and strength class was so much fun and a challenge for me since I struggle with coordination but I'll be back for both! Plenty of equipment, instructors are motivating, group sizes are relatively small and the lighting is flattering- makes you feel and look like a pro!
I'm a beginner at strength, I don't know the names of moves, I don't know the proper forms, and I get a bit confused sometimes moving from station to station. The trainers are kind and patient, while still pushing you. They also are non-judgmental which I love. I highly recommend
This is exactly what I was looking for and I love it! Great little community, good sense of team work in the classes, and instructors are very encouraging and take the time to give individual attention when needed (which I do!) Thank you thank you for helping me start breaking out of my COVID rut.
