Would not recommend doing business with these people, namely Alex, under any circumstances. I and three other American students booked a stay in one of these apartments from roughly the middle of July through the middle of November of 2017. Right off the bat, Alex was rude and made snide remarks via email as though he was trying to assert some kind of power role over us. Not even worth half a star! This poor excuse of a human being called Alex Breadmore, who owns and runs this pathetic company, refused to return our deposit $620, when my father in law passed away unexpectantly. And we were repeat customers!! My wife emailed his company prior to cancelling our booking that my father in law had been admitted into hospital and potentially we would need to cancel. She even offerred to provide written confirmation from the hospital to prove the authencity of the situation. He never asked to see a... read more
This company DID the WRONG thing by me and MY FAMILY! You do not want to do business with its owner Alex ever. We were RIPPED OFF $2800 !
Unique Short Stays & Alex were extremely professional and helpful every step of the way. The apartment had a fantastic view of South Yarra being on level 30. We used the pool and spa facility which was great. Fantastic location being just off Chapel Street and Alex went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed about the local area. Could not recommend more highly!
