Terrible experience—this lady completely ruined my eyebrows. They’re way too thin now, and I deeply regret not leaving them as they were. I’m extremely upset and would not recommend this place if you want to keep your natural, beautiful brows. On top of that, her customer service is awful. She acts like you’re a bother the moment you walk in, and her technique is harsh and painful. Not worth it at all.
