In late May, I had John come to my home to discuss some landscaping work I would like done. He walked the property with me and took notes as we discussed what I would like done. He assured me that he would be in touch. Here we are a month and a half later and he never bothered to send us an estimate or contact us in any way. It was an easy choice to go with one of his competitors. What awful customer service.
