Unique Resources repaired a collapsed roof of the condominium I manage. It was a crises issue, and Unique Resources moved quickly to repair the problem. They provided accurate and detailed information on the problem and how to repair it in a way that made sense. They were timely, offered a fair price, and cleaned up the work area after the job was complete. Higly recommend!!!

Robert and his team recently renovated our 1950s bungalow in Parkville. We really pushed him to finish quickly and he did, with great results. He is very responsive and we spoke most days while the project was underway, he kept me informed about every step. We couldn't be more pleased with his work, and plan to use him in the future!

I was impressed with Robert in the beginning, but after doing business with him a couple weeks I tried to reach him on both his office and cell phones and got no answer so I left three messages within a weeks time and not one message was answered, nor did I get a return phone call.
