I attempted to make an appointment with this hair stylist Alexis. I was hopeful as a first time client my experience would be a positive one. Unfortunately, communication was poor from the beginning, despite multiple follow-ups via text and calls, I received little to no response. When finally spoke on the phone, I was abruptly interrupted, told she was heading to another’s client home also managing personal responsibilities ( kids) and than the call was disconnected. First time taking my daughter to a salon. Alexis did my daughter's hair. She went beyond what I asked for and my daughter loved it!!! Salon was nice and clean. Made us comfortable, nice and pleasant! We will be back soon
