We've been using their carpet and sofa cleaning services for the past three years and have been really happy with the service. Robert is very professional and leaves the carpets and sofas looking spotless after he's done.
We've used Robert's services for 3 years now and he always does a great job with our carpets, couch and rug and keeps them looking new. Our dog constantly has accidents and Robert gives us a free pet treatment now and again to keep our carpets stain free.
Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Unique Pro Cleaning Services. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my apartment unit, and Roberto was fully aware that it was an apartment when he accepted the job. Despite that, when he arrived, he seemed unprepared to handle the logistics and got frustrated with the setup, claiming it was too complicated to run the hoses. I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Unique pro cleaning services. They offered residential cleaning services but canceled last minute, claiming they had another job. The communication was extremely unprofessional, and to make matters worse, the person blamed me for the situation. This was a complete lack of professionalism and respect. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like people need to be warned about Unique Pro Cleaning Services. We scheduled a cleaning service with them and everything seemed fine at first. The cleaner actually showed up at our house—only to decide on the spot that the job wasn’t worth his time because it “wasn’t enough money.” Are you serious? Instead of honoring the appointment or even trying to reschedule or offer a minimum service charge, he just flat-out walked out and said “don’t call me again.” Who says that to a customer?
