Unique Pool Spas - this is the best pool company in Jacksonville!! We bought a pool there today after shopping the city pool companies. Their pricing was more than fair, great pool products, and wonderful customer service They provided installation experts, deck builders and electricians recommendations . Very patient and kind. Thank you Tifany!! You are a huge help. And so great at your job !!!
Carl sold us our swim spa. He is very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor. Carl, Dustin and Tony who delivered it to our house were professional and as quick as they could be considering how difficult it was to navigate the tight twists and turns to get in the back yard. Please give these guys a raise they deserve it! Would not buy from anyone else.
The company is ok and they try to work with you, but the dreammaker spa is junk........... you will end up repairing it from day one.
My husband and I and our guests love our spa. We are so impressed with the customer service of Unique Pools Spas and Grills. Even after a year, if we have any questions or need help, they, especially Steven, will go out of their way to help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a spa.
Had the best evperience getting our Vita Elite 8000. The team did an outstanding job giving us the in's and outs of our tub. I'm 100% disabled due to my military service and before the tub it would take me 20 minutes to be able to fully stand up straight in the morning. After three months with the tub, I was on a 30ft ladder putting on Xmas lights today which would have been impossible without having had the tub to do wonders on my back and legs. I owe it all to my tub-!!
5 stars, hands down! We had such a wonderful experience working with Steven at the Orlando location. My husband and I were very uneducated on spas, but knew we wanted one. Steven took over an hour showing us every option and feature to narrow it down and we found the perfect spa. He totally helped us work it within out budget and answered every question with an impressive amount of knowledge on his products.
