Extremely friendly and understanding people, I picked up chlorine for my dad once, I wasn’t confident with what I was doing but they helped me out. Recommended to any pool owner in the area.

shockingly bad
Worst customer service ever. Installed new pool liner and over tightened the return jet to the point where it was impossible to remove by hand. When I contacted the owner, I was told that it tightened by itself and that he was not responsible. He reluctantly agreed to come check it out and never showed. Would not let this company touch my pool again because I truly believe that they “damage” things so that they get paid to do a service call.
We have dealt with these people for over 20 years and have never had any problems. they replaced our pool liner last year on time no problems. Owner and workers very polite and they did a great job.
