Excellent service and so friendly
My husband and I are driving up 62 and one of their drives was flying through traffic cutting everybody off then slamming on their breaks going between both lanes. Obviously have no concern for other’s safety driving in bad weather.
The rep came late on a Friday to take pictures of my water heater and left. He drove to Tooele from Murray with no tools because he had no intentions on making repairs and smirked that he will be back on Monday. This is the company that will milk your insurance.. I had to use this company because they were contracted through my home warranty company. The whole experience was bad. They have horrible customer service. I did not enjoy working with them.
I am extremely thankful for Unique Plumbing! After dealing with the worst plumbing experience possible, they truly came to the rescue. My partner and I bought a historic house in the Avenues, and a leak in the basement turned into a nightmare. It turned out the piping was built into the cement, and because our home is historic, the warranty wouldn't cover any of it.
