Scott is an awesome trainer. He will help you with weight loss and with meal plans. He's also great at teaching Kempo Karate.

I have had a number of trainers over the course of my years but none as helpful and informative as Scott. He works with me to help not only in strength training but nutrition as well. He is helping me work thru my unhealthy relationship to food and making me realize that the only way to lose weight is to eat not starve yourself! He pushes me and is helping me see that I am in fact an athlete! I highly recommend him!
