Steven Flores of Unique Perspective Kitchens may know construction, but he’s a disrespectful man with no integrity. My 83 yr old mother was referred to Steven Flores for her kitchen remodel. As her POA she needed my help navigating this project. We worked through drafts of designs for nearly 2 months, partly because of major measurement errors on his part. UPK, specifically Steven, came in and saved our kitchen. He handled the structural work needed to remove a load-bearing wall with precision and his design skills helped us create the perfect lighting for above island pendants without disrupting the new beam. Steven is excellent at communicating throughout the process and completed every step with a commitment to safety and accuracy. We couldn’t consider anyone else for a home renovation after working with Steven.

Steve is a legend. Great to work with! We hired Steve to place a supporting beam that had all other GCs scratching their heads. Steve had it done fast with total command of what the engineer wanted and needed out of the project. Steve got all the permits and did the jobs right the first time. Inspections were a breeze. After this project, we hired him to finish some electrical which had been outdated or completed incorrectly. Then hired again to complete the drywall and finishing. Steven and his crew from Unique Perspective Kitchens built us a beautiful fireplace and mantle, surrounded by custom cabinets and shelves. Steven provided guidance to ensure our design and materials were on-trend, and had great attention to detail. Everyone was professional and easy to work with, and we absolutely love the final look!
