I had the absolute misfortune of dealing with Rob, who sold us a car in what can only be described as an unethical and appalling transaction. Rob received a fine while driving the car before I even picked it up. Despite it being his clear responsibility to resolve this, I’ve endured over a year of back-and-forth with no resolution. I Bought a car 4 months back which consists of 3 years of warranty. But my car got problem on its suspension after a while. then I contacted a warranty company and the dealer, but warranty company declined my claim although the parts was mentioned on the contract. Never have a purchsed a car with such honesty. They sold it with a rwc and even fixed a few things that werent part of the rwc. Great service, fair negotiation and car was just as described over the phone.
