appointments were never on time, they promised me Starbucks cards every appointment they had to reschedule that never happened. They never billed my 2nd insurance. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I am not please with customer service at Unique Orthodontics. Once you become a paying customer, they neglect to address your concerns. My husband has been having payment issues due to their system and continuously tell him that they will fix it but has not done anything. Customer service needs to be improved with front staff.
