No room for growth, To much authority is giving to the job coaches. No communication and favoritism may be a concern. Very less to non-communication on the progress of an individual status. Also the tasks is defiantly not related to an individual self-concordant goals. In contrast, all i have experienced was goals that do not reflect an individual's internal drive. (2011-2014)
