I've been using Unique Optical for over 20 years and in all that time they have never failed to meet my expectations. Always professional and extremely competent. The equipment used for both eye testing and spectacle fitting is first class. The range of frames on offer are very high end, both fashionable and durable. Plus their after care service is excellent. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending their services.

Not a great experience! Went in for a adjustment. There worse than when i went in! While the staff member was polite. They didnt seem to really look at the glasses! Was more whats wrong with them. Try this ! Where on earth is the old fashion fitting of the old days where the staff took time checking each step next to you. Every where now takes them away. So you can see anything they do or dont do. Yes i could go back. But first impressions where more there not ones we sold attitude.
I’ve been a client for the last few years. Wonderful small business in Manuka who deserve support. Very professional practice, always engaging and happy to explain what they’re doing and what’s needed for (me as) the client. Prescriptions and glasses always spot on. Can’t recommend them more
Honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. The most high tech equipment and the most carefully curated frames -not like all the chain stores. I’ve tried going to some other places (out of convenience) but am always disappointed. I’m actually going to make an appointment right now cannot wait to see the new frames!
