I made an appointment with these folks after my regular nail salon gave me a set of nails I was very unhappy with. Mimi took a look and recommended I strip the old ones off and go with a simple dipping powder overlay; as I had enough natural nail to do so. As Mimi had another client to attend to I had another woman ( I didn't catch her name) take over and she took such great care ensuring that my nails looked natural and gave recommendations for the future to keep them looking great! I had a manicure and pedicure appointment with Anne today at 12:30. I arrived on time, but Anne was leaving and asked me to wait. This was frustrating, especially since they have a strict policy of not accepting late clients. I ended up waiting until 1:00 PM. During that time, I asked another staff member if she could at least put my feet in the water, but she ignored me the first time. When I asked again, she rudely yelled, "Soon, soon!"
