WORST SALON IN CHATTANOOGA DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. OWNER VERY RUDE CUSSING AT PAYING CUSTOMERS PUTTING THEM FOR CHANGING A COLOR ON NAILS AND LETTING THEM KNOW I DID NOT DID NOT LIKE MY NAILS. THE STAFF TALKS ABOUT EVERYONE KNOWING PEOPLE CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR LANGUAGE. NAILS COME OUT BULKY LOOKING HORRIBLE. AFTER LOOK AT THEIR NAILS I WOULD RATHER DO PRESS ON THAN TO GO TO THIS SALON WASTING MONEY. VERY OVERPRICED FOR BULKY NAILS. OWER PUT ME OUT WHILE GETTING MY NAILS DONE.
I have been coming here for years.....but very disappointed in the customer service received from Cody today. He was rude to my daughter and although he spent a long time doing my nails they don't look great out in the sun....not sure I will come back after today. The ladies are always great here but one bad apple can run your customers off. I've given you guys too many chances. I spend over 150 each time I come....
Fantastic pedicure today. Very relaxing.
