Got a gel manicure here that started flaking off the next day. I've never had that happen before, so I went back to get it fixed. The woman in charge told me I had to wait since they were all busy, but no explanation for why it was messed up or an apology. I waited a while and then another customer came in and the lady in charge started doing her nails first.
