I broke a nail on a one week old set and I was three hours from home. I saw that this location was near my hotel and walked in on a Weds at 11 am to ask if they could replace a single nail. The place was empty except for one client. Before I even spoke the worker seemed annoyed I had even come in, after I asked if she could repair the nail she said yes but was very hostile about it. VERY BAD BUSINESS!! Made an appointment the previous day showed up for a fill and gel and a pedicure gel. She started my pedicure painted my toes lavender and then tells me she can't do my hands because she double booked so now I'm left with lavender toes and green nails.... very bad business you don't treat people this way at least finish the person that you're working on and tell the person that comes in that you're gonna be behind schedule. The WORST pedicure I’ve EVER had. My feet were in FAR better condition BEFORE I went. Gel polish is lumpy and uneven, and the person doing the pedi seemed in a hurry and indifferent. If you want your clauses removed (which are normally standard with any pedi, they charge $10 extra. No selection of pedicures, and no price lists. No wax, no stones, no hot towels, and still cost $75. Not very clean or friendly at all. The only reason I gave ONE star, is because I wanted to leave this review. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE! Dirty, unorganized salon. Horrible acrylic fill and gel polish. After first attempt of the worst gel polish EVER...the second attempt still looks horrible, messy, bumpy, uneven and I'm super upset I had to pay $60 for nails I'm going to have to go to another salon to fix. Despite bad reviews and warnings from locals I thought I would still give it a chance and I should have listened but I was anxious to get my nails done before Christmas. Don't do it! I don't know how they stay in business.
