Not a very welcoming environment. The tech Vicki was rough with my hands and seemed irritated at the service I wanted. I was a first time customer that will not be back. First impressions are EVERYTHING

I made an appointment for a removal and a gel manicure. When I sat down the lady thought I wanted a fill in. I said no, I want them removed and she proceeded to remove my acrylic nails without soaking them first. I got my gel manicure 2 days ago now and have already lost one of them 😢

A rip off since under new management. Prices have increased tremendously. Pedicure was done by someone who seemed to be high no massage included but it was $48. Full set with short nails was $75 as I constantly told her regular acrylic with just gel polish. I feel scammed. I was going to tip to toes for 4 years no problems now it’s Unique and the experience was terrible.

Dustin was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He took his time to carefully shape and paint my nails, and the results were flawless.
