If I could give 0 stars I would! I had an APPOINTMENT booked for 11am, they’re busy I understand, I wait 10 minutes until I’m taken back for the pedicure, while waiting for that 10 minutes someone walks in AFTER me and they don’t have an appointment but somehow we both get taken back at the same time? Then they start working on the other person before me, my feet are just sitting in the water, at this point the water is cold, every other worker who was finishing up the other pedicures took their people to the manicure statio... read more
