If I could give them -5 stars, I would. We live in a fairly new apartment buildingjust 3 years old. However, within that time frame, 7 out of the 14 units have had or are currently having problems with their AC units. Another **** company that came to our building told one of the unit owners, verbatim, the other company did a poor job on installation.
