They re-tiled our kitchen floor in April of 2025 and did a terrible job. We have a 1-year warranty on the labor, but they won't honor it. They are asking us to pay 1/2 of the labor costs to fix the issues. I've attached pictures of only a few of the problems. We have to have the entire floor re-tiled. The attached pictures are from August of 2025.
