similar experience to another reviewer, we had gone in to take some photos of ideas in the showroom so we could look at home and think about the features we wanted. the owner wasn't there, but she was apparently sitting around watching us on a camera because we heard the girl who worked there talking to her saying "i think they are just taking photos for ideas" and the woman talking loudly down the phone to her. as much as we had wanted to use this place based on the fact that it was a local business and liking what we saw i... read more
A real local TREASURE. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Sure, if you know what you want, you can order online at Home Depot or Lowe’s, but if you’re not sure, want expert advice or just want to see some different options, this is the place to go. Robin, the owner answered every one of my many questions with knowledge gained from 35 years (I asked) running the showroom (not to mention being married to her plumber husband).
