This company is by far the most toxic environment I’ve worked in in my entire life. I asked the foreman for 3 minutes of his time to talk, that was 3 weeks ago he never called me. The group leaders talk to you anyway they want and then wonder why I’m not happy. Talk to people with respect! Some maintenance guys come and give you attitude and talk nasty to you when you have a problem with a machine cuz they want to not be called and sit around.
