Front Desk personnel is very Rude, treat patients like garbage. Need serious training. I do not recommend this place. Zero Stars
HORRIBLE !! Last year they called and asked if I could come later that day. I agreed, only to walk in to a waiting room full of people still waiting to be seen. When I asked how long before they would be seeing me, they told me they couldn't give me an exact time...but that I'd have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours. I rescheduled and left. Clean and excellent facility. Most important of all is their technician Nancy who made the experience as positive as possible.
The first person to greet me with a smile was Nancy who single handedly took care of my check-in and seamlessly helped me to the next stage of my visit. The imaging process was executed perfectly and at all times under the strictest of Covid19 protocols. When I came back to get my results once again I was met by Nancy and with a continued great attitude gave me everything that I asked for. My experience here was a perfect 10!!!
